How does professional teeth whitening work?
Bright Whites incorporates the latest LED technologies and gel formulations to remove stains. The LED light accelerates the gel compound, penetrating below the enamel to eliminate and remove built up staining.
How many sessions do I need?
You require only one 60 minute treatment to achieve results. Touch up sessions are recommended for maintenance every 4-6 months.
Is it safe for my Enamel?
Damage to the enamel is associated with acidic or abrasive products. Our gel system is an all natural & neutral compound which causes no damage to the enamel.
Will my teeth be sensitive?
There is virtually no sensitivity involved. A small percentage of people will have minor sensitivity during the first 12-24 hours post treatment.
Does this work on caps, crowns, bonding and veneers?
Dental work will stain over time through normal eating, drinking and lifestyle habits. It is safe on all dental work, removing accumulated stains and bringing it back to its original color.
How white will my teeth get?
A number of factors determine results including genetics and your starting shade. Most people lift between 5-14 shades in one session.
How long will my results last?
Typical results vary based on a number of factors including proper aftercare, genetic traits & lifestyle habits. While no two people are the same, results generally last up to 6 months. Aftercare maintenance kits & follow up sessions are recommended to maintain your white smile.
Is it safe to whiten while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our gel system is 100% natural. Containing no preservatives or chemicals, it is safe for anyone including pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Should I whiten before or after dental work?
You should always whiten before having any dental work. Your dentist will match to the shade of your teeth at the time of. Whitening prior to will ensure an even match to your desired shade.
What can I eat and drink after my treatment?
24 hours after your treatment you will need to avoid any staining food or beverages due to the pores in the teeth being open. For example: coffee, redwine, tomato sauce. Light and plain colored food and beverage is suitable. You can continue to consume a regular diet after 24 hours.
Is this suitable for me if I have sensitive teeth?
We offer a desensitizing gel option for anyone who already has sensitivity issues. This would be applied prior to starting the treatment, it is also a full 3ml gel which is given for use at home if needed.
When should I book an appointment if I have an event?
We recommend anywhere between 3-5 days prior to your event. You will want to give yourself 24 hours post treatment to ensure you stick to a light colored diet.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping after payment of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on shipping destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Additions to your order can be made any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change please use our contact email and notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify your order.
My product arrived broken, malfunctioning, or defective.
If your product has arrived broken, malfunctioning, or defective, please notify us immediately via email with a photo and description if possible. We will replace any parts at no cost to you. Product replacements will only be valid within the first 30 days from your purchase date.
